The IWFM Level 6 Certificate in Facilities Management consists of one mandatory unit (10 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 30 credits in total.

Strategic leadership and management in facilities management Develop and articulate a vision and understand the relationship between facilities management and organisational strategy. Lead and empower staff and stakeholders using a range of leadership and management theories to create a culture which encourages innovation. 8
Corporate responsibility and sustainable facilities management Understand the importance of corporate responsibility within facilities management and champion the organisation’s legal, ethical, social, and regulatory responsibilities.
