The IWFM Level 5 Award in Facilities Management consists of one mandatory unit (6 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 12 credits in total.

The IWFM Level 5 Diploma in Facilities Management consists of five mandatory units (32 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 48 credits in total.
