The IWFM Level 4 Award in Facilities Management consists of one mandatory unit (6 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 12 credits in total.

The IWFM Level 4 Certificate in Facilities Management consists of two mandatory units (12 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 24 credits in total.

The IWFM Level 4 Diploma in Facilities Management consists of five mandatory units (29 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 48 credits in total.
