The IWFM Level 3 Award in Facilities Management consists of two mandatory units to achieve 11 credits in total.

The IWFM Level 3 Certificate in Facilities Management consists of four mandatory units (21 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 28 credits in total.

Specification and procurement of facilities supplies and services Understand all the stages of procurement, which necessarily include liaison with customers and other stakeholders 6
Health and safety responsibilities in facilities management (optional unit) Understand the lines of responsibility for health and safety in facilities management, and how those responsibilities can be discharged 5
Understanding support services operations in an organisation (optional unit) Develop an understanding of facilities management support services operations and how to monitor the delivery of those services within safe systems of work and budgetary constraints 3

The IWFM Level 3 Diploma in Facilities Management consists of five mandatory units (26 credits) plus additional optional units to achieve a minimum of 48 credits in total.
